These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jlking platform — including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities available at jlking.co. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Access to jlking and all its games is restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. Age verification is required before the first withdrawal. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be suspended and any winnings forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active jlking account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All funds deposited and wagered on jlking are real Philippine Pesos (₱). jlking is not responsible for personal financial decisions made by members. Gambling involves risk of loss — only wager amounts you can afford to lose, and use jlking's built-in responsible gaming tools proactively.
All jlking bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum cashout limits, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are stated clearly on each promotion page. jlking reserves the right to void bonuses if misuse, abuse, or exploitation of terms is detected.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlking login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed by unauthorised parties — is your responsibility. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorised access.
jlking operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, use of automated betting software, and chargebacks. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently suspended and their balances reviewed.
Important Notice: By accessing jlking.co, creating an account, or placing any wager on the jlking platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the jlking platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with jlking's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any time thereafter — is truthful and accurate.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on jlking. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether registered under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Suspected duplicate accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
jlking is required by Applicable Laws to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawals. You must submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and any additional documentation requested by jlking's compliance team. jlking reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to jlking's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access or use your Account, or use any third party's Account credentials. jlking strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. jlking will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive ("Dormant Account"). jlking reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to Dormant Accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy. Members will be notified via their registered email address or mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied. Members may reactivate a Dormant Account by logging in and completing an identity verification step.
You are obliged to promptly notify jlking of any change to the information provided during registration, including changes to your residential address, mobile number, or email address. jlking will not be responsible for correspondence or notifications sent to outdated contact details that you have failed to update.
jlking accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at jlking's discretion. All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard and may vary based on your VIP tier and payment method.
Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to your jlking Account balance in real time upon successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of funds receipt, which may take up to one (1) banking business day. jlking is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jlking targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal completion within thirty (30) minutes for standard verified accounts and five (5) to ten (10) minutes for Gold VIP tier and above members. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking business days. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. jlking is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or regulatory compliance processes.
jlking is required by Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity. jlking reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Deposits to jlking must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your payment provider for any deposit made to jlking — including in circumstances where you dispute the outcome of a wager — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension. jlking reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts through legal channels and to report such conduct to relevant payment networks and regulatory authorities.
Each game available on jlking is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. These game-specific rules are supplemental to, and form part of, these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply in relation to gameplay outcomes.
Once a Wager has been confirmed by the jlking system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member. Winnings and losses resulting from confirmed Wagers are final subject to Section 6.4 (Technical Malfunctions).
Minimum and maximum Wager amounts vary by game, table, and Account tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placement of any Wager. jlking reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure during gameplay that affects the outcome of a Wager, jlking reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance. jlking will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction where the malfunction cannot be independently verified by jlking's technical team. The decision of jlking's technical team in such cases shall be final and binding.
Live casino games at jlking are operated by independent studio providers whose dealing procedures and game outcomes are determined physically and in real time. jlking does not modify or influence the outcome of any live dealer game. House rules for each live game variant are disclosed within the game interface. Members are expected to familiarise themselves with applicable house rules before placing live casino Wagers.
Sports betting on jlking, including wagering on PBA, NBA, football leagues, UFC, and other sporting events, is subject to jlking's Sports Betting Rules available in the sportsbook section. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. jlking reserves the right to void any sports Wager where an error in odds is identified before or after event settlement.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jlking are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each promotion page, including: wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your Bonus Balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be transferred to your main Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on Wagers placed on eligible games only; wagers on ineligible games do not contribute to wagering requirement completion. Specific contribution rates per game category are stated on the relevant promotion page.
jlking maintains systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting low house-edge games or betting patterns to complete wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, collusion with other Members to gain bonus advantage, and any other conduct jlking reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jlking reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
jlking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at jlking's sole discretion and are not an entitlement. jlking's decision regarding the eligibility of any Member for any promotion is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlking and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jlking Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jlking or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
jlking grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
Any unauthorised use of jlking's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws:

Members who self-exclude will have their exclusion honoured immediately upon request and will not receive promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion period.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jlking's support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jlking reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jlking will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate its findings within thirty (30) days. Where a suspension results in permanent termination due to confirmed prohibited conduct, any Account Balance may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to jlking's internal disputes resolution process.
To initiate the internal disputes resolution process, you must submit a written dispute notice to jlking's support team via live chat, describing the nature of the dispute in sufficient detail. jlking will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlking's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jlking's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to manifest error.
jlking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or by notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory instruction or legal obligation, in which case amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
